The commitment of the Management at Probelte Biotecnología with quality, environmental safety, health and safety and food safety is evident in the implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in Probelte Biotecnología. The IMS at Probelte Biotecnología encompasses the various implemented systems that have been certified by the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification (AENOR) such as:

· Quality management system based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001 for the design and development of natural extracts of pomegranate and olive. The development of pomegranate juice for use in food industry. The design and manufacture of food supplements from olive oil.

· Environmental Management System based on the UNE EN ISO 14001.

· Health and Safety Assessment System OHSAS 18001.

· Food Safety System based on the FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification Scheme), scheme based on compliance with the standard UNE-EN ISO 22000: 2005 and the technical standard ISO / TS 22002-1, for the production of pomegranate and olive extracts and for making pomegranate juice suitable for food industry use. The HACCP certificate of Conformity based on the principles of the Codex Alimentarius, for the production of natural extracts of pomegranate and olive for making pomegranate juice suitable for food industry use.

The implementation and certification of these systems has been carried out gradually over several years as a consequence of the development of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in Probelte Biotecnología, but also to meet the growing demands of markets and as an added value, not only for workers and customers, but also for other agents such as public administrations and other stakeholders.

In addition to these certifications, Probelte Biotecnología has had to respond to the demands of certain consumer groups who demand their own requirements for the consumption of food products. It is the case of Kosher certifications (aimed at Jewish consumers), Halal certification (focused on Muslim consumers) or organic product certification (conscious consumers focused on the impact of certain products on human health and the environment).
